Southeast Franchise Forum Announces New Chairman & Board Members

The Southeast Franchise Forum (SEFF) has named a new chairman and added three new executives to its 11-member board of directors. Clarissa Bradstock will lead SEFF as its new chairman with Jim Squire, who has served in the role for numerous years, named Chairman Emeritus. In addition, the new board members are: Bill Bishop, Robert May and Kathryn Rookes.

SEFF's new chairman, Clarissa Bradstock, is CEO of ANY LAB TEST NOW. She has extensive experience with healthcare related organizations focused on physicians, insurance carriers, nursing professionals and dental practices. In addition to managing operations, she has also served as a senior executive managing the acquisition and integration of over 30 companies within an 18-month period. From 2007 to 2014, Ms. Bradstock served as Chief Operating Officer for Any Test Franchising, Inc., and then became CEO in April 2014. Clarissa is also a member of the International Franchise Association Women's Committee, a Board Member for the Al Oerter Foundation and on the Leadership Committee for the International Franchise Association's Women's Franchise Network, Atlanta Chapter.

Serving as Treasurer/Assistant Secretary of SEFF, Bill Bishop is an audit services partner for the Atlanta office of Grant Thornton. Bill has more than 10 years of experience serving dynamic companies. He provides assurance services to public and private companies in a variety of industries including franchising, retail, manufacturing and distribution. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Robert May was most recently Manager of Business Development and Domestic Franchising for Rollins, Inc., a premier global consumer and commercial services company. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, including Orkin LLC., HomeTeam Pest Defense, Orkin Canada, Western Pest Services, Critter Control, Inc., The Industrial Fumigant Company, TruTech LLC., Rollins Australia, Waltham Services LLC., PermaTreat, and Crane Pest Control, the company provides essential pest control services and protection against termite damage, rodents and insects to more than two million customers in the United States and around the globe from more than 700 locations. May began working with Orkin in 2006 and prior to this spent 11 years with RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. Kathryn Rookes is an experienced franchise attorney with Premium Franchise Brands and has a background in government regulatory agencies, private practice and as in-house counsel. Her experience includes responsibility for all franchise regulatory matters, compliance with disclosure and registration laws, preparation of disclosure documents, franchise agreements and related documents, and preparation of earning claims for 15 franchise brands. In addition to being a member of the American Bar Association, Rookes is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Florida and Georgia and also holds a CPA designation in Maryland. The Southeast Franchise Forum (SEFF) is a regional organization established to foster professional relationships throughout the franchise community and to enhance the reputation of franchising through the exchange of information, ideas and solutions. Members meet monthly to address local, regional, and national issues that are faced by franchisors and franchisees.
