Fresh Healthy Cafe To Open

Fresh Healthy Cafe, the new health-driven restaurant on the lower level of Crossgates Mall, in Guilderland, will be having its grand opening on Monday, Sept. 27 During the opening, the restaurant, which is located next to Dick's Sporting Goods, will be giving away free organic roasted coffee all day. From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., buy one, get one smoothies will also be sold as part of the event.

Fresh Healthy Cafe is part of a franchise, originally launched in Vancouver, which offers fresh and healthy food options to "awaken your mind and body." The restaurant specializes in smoothies and sandwiches, and has children's options as well.
