Casa Latino Developer Expands Role

(Friday, October 09, 2009) - The Central Florida area developer of Casa Latino Franchise Corp. is now in charge of the contiguous United States.

Celebration-based Casa Latino Global Development LLC, a residential real estate brokerage firm focused on the Hispanic community, on Sept. 30 finalized a deal that expands its role as regional area developer in the Southeast throughout the nation.

As a national developer, the firm will help establish area developers in markets throughout the nation, said spokeswoman Kristin Taylor.

The firm, which has established 12 Central Florida offices since setting up shop in Celebration in late 2008, also signed three area developer deals in Broward County, as well as Houston and Nashville, since August.

"Although we still need to continue to expand in our Central Florida market, we have relationships throughout the region which will prove invaluable to our ability to grow the brand," said Joseph La Rosa, President of Casa Latino Global Development, in a prepared statement.

La Rosa and Michael La Rosa are the owners and operators of Casa Latino Global Development.
