Uno Rolls Out Lobster Menu

(Thursday, August 20, 2009) - Uno Chicago Grill is rolling out its Best of Summer Starring Lobster menu, available now though Sept. 20. The menu was introduced in conjunction with a quirky lobster television ad campaign and a Facebook call-to-action asking fans to tell Uno what the lobster who stars in those commercials should have said instead.

The menu features Uno's Lobster Sliders, stuffed full with Maine lobster, mayonnaise and lettuce, a Lobster Wrap and a Lobster Roll with Maine lobster in a choice of traditional New England style with mayo and lettuce, or with tarragon mayo, bacon and lettuce.

Also available are Cajun Blackened Mahi-Mahi and a Cheeseburger Deep Dish pizza. The menu also features a selection of recommended wines, Samuel Adams Summer Ale and Carolina Lightning, a vodka-infused sweet tea mixed with lemonade.
