Gary C. Mills Hotels, Llc Awarded Franchise For New Hampton Inn & Suites

(Sunday, July 12, 2009) - Gary C. Mills Hotels, LLC, of Coppell, has announced that the company has been awarded the franchise to build a new 97-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Frisco. Groundbreaking for the new Hampton Hotel is planned for June, 2010 and the hotel is tentatively scheduled to open by May, 2011.

"We are delighted with the prospects for our new Hampton Hotel in the Frisco market," said Gary Mills, president of Gary C. Mills Hotels, LLC. "The Hampton name has a proven record for providing the value-added services and amenities that will appeal to both business and leisure travelers visiting the area."

This will be Mills second project.

"I'm presently working on a hotel in Denton," Mills said. "The Denton hotel should have its grand opening in September."

The Frisco hotel will be located at the northeast quadrant of Frisco Street and Sports Village Road and will be near Fieldhouse USA, Pizza Hut Park and Frisco Square.

Amenities will include an indoor pool, 1,000 square feet of meeting space, an exercise facility and business center. Guests of the hotel will also have access to Fieldhouse USA, a 144,000 square foot "state-of-the-art" sports facility.
