The Franchisee is planning to open four Baja Sol Tortilla Grill locations, with the first location to be in Blaine, MN. Baja Sol Tortilla Grill specializes in creating fresh flavor profiles through the use of fresh ingredients, Latin- and Caribbean-influenced contemporary recipes and their ever-popular bottomless chips and salsa bar. This counter-service, fast casual restaurant, known for its high food quality and exceptional value, also offers menu items for the vegetarian and gluten-free set.

The Blaine location is the sixth of 25 Baja Sol Tortilla Grills that are scheduled to open nationally in 2009 for the aggressively growing Minnesota-based chain.
