From Investigating The Possibility Of Becoming A Client To Becoming A Business Coach, Jim Barger Joins Actioncoach

With a desire for business ownership and helping local businesses in Omaha succeed, Jim Barger builds an ActionCOACH firm in Omaha.

(Wednesday, May 13, 2009) - Master Licensee David Drewelow welcomes Jim Barger to his ActionCOACH team in the Iowa/Nebraska area.

ActionCOACH is a world class business and executive coaching franchise and the brainchild of its founder and CEO Brad Sugars.

Barger, who will be setting up a firm in Omaha, Nebraska with the goal of ultimately establishing eight coaches, was introduced to ActionCOACH when he was CEO of a business in New Zealand.

"Although I was not a client, I had several meetings with coaches there to discuss the possibilities," he said. "I was impressed with the professionalism of the company and its proven systems."

Barger was looking for a suitable business and ActionCOACH was a perfect fit.

"I was looking for a business where I could use my wide experience and education," he said. "I love business and really enjoy working with and teaching people about business concepts."

Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Barger owned and acted as a C-Level executive in a number of businesses - both large and small. He has worked in a variety of industries such as restaurants, specialty retail and manufacturing.

"I was a certified trainer in one position and I have been heavily involved in all areas of starting up various businesses," he said. "I believe I have valuable knowledge to share with clients and a desire to see them succeed."

A desire for business ownership prompted Barger to join ActionCOACH.

"I liked the idea of owning my own business, which was scalable and offered the freedom to structure my life as I needed," he said.

Barger is excited about the opportunity of establishing close relationships with business owners who will benefit from the ActionCOACH system.

"I firmly believe there is a huge need for this type of service and I know I will enjoy sharing the concepts with my future clients," he said.

Active in his local church, Barger is also a member of a local TIP group and looks forward to broadening his contacts in the local marketplace.
