Freshii Expands Into Washington, D.c.

(Wednesday, April 29, 2009) - Freshii restaurants has announced it has signed a multiunit deal with franchisee Andrew Nelson to open five locations in Washington, D.C.

There are 13 units in Chicago and Toronto, several new restaurants currently under construction and 90 units in varying stages of development througout Washington, D.C., Illinois and Philadelphia.

Nelson plans to open the five locations in select trade areas in the Washington, D.C., metro area, and he also will be evaluating sites in Montgomery County, Md.

Freshii opened its headquarters and first U.S. location in Chicago across from the Sears Tower.
