Papa Murphy's Appoints Vp Of Product Development

(Friday, April 17, 2009) - Take & bake pizza chain Papa Murphy's International has appointed Carron Harris to the post of vice president of product development, the company has announced.

Most recently, Harris held the position of vice president of food and beverage at Minneapolis.-based Buca di Beppo. Prior to Buca, Carron held multiple restaurant management and chef positions

In 2006 she was recognized by Restaurants and Institutions magazine as a "Chef to Watch."
Carron earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and political science from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn. She currently sits on the board of the International Corporate Chefs Association and is a member of Women Chefs and Restauranteurs.
