Ranch Acres Shopping Center Adds Sedona Fitness

(Wednesday, March 18, 2009) - Sedona Fitness leased 11,320 square feet in the Ranch Acres Shopping Center at 3101-3139 S. Harvard Ave. in Tulsa, OK.

Ranch Acres was built in 1954 and underwent renovation in 1988. The 87,500-square-foot center is in the Mid-Town submarket and is anchored by Homeland Grocery.

Mark Rooney with CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma handled negotiations. SC Management Co. owns the property.
