Schlotzsky's Launches Big League Clubz Sandwiches

(Tuesday, March 10, 2009) - Between now and May 31, participating Schlotzsky's restaurants are introducing the newly formed, highly stacked Big League Clubz line-up.

On first and second plates are the Ham 'n Turkey Club and Chick 'n Turkey Club sandwiches, both featuring generous layers of the respective meats piled above and below an extra slice of Schlotzsky's famous Fresh-from-Scratch sourdough buns and smothered with tomato, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, red onion, yellow mustard and mayonnaise.

Batting third is the Beef 'n Bacon Club sandwich, offering mounds of roast beef teamed up with crispy bacon, loaded between an extra cheddar-cheese bun and topped with rings of chipotle mayonnaise.

Additionally, visitors to www.BigLeagueClubz.com can enter to win baseball gear, fantasy baseball teams and the grand prize of airfare, a two-night hotel stay and $2,000 to see the 2009 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in St. Louis on July 14.

Consumers also can visit participating Schlotzsky's locations and collect any three special Big League Clubz baseball cards for a chance to win a personalized mini-bat or text 'CLUBZ' to 30364 for an instant entry.
