Uno Chicago Grill Partners With Samuel Adams

(Monday, March 02, 2009) - Uno Chicago Grill and the Boston Beer Co., makers of Samuel Adams Boston Lager, have teamed to develop a steak sauce recipe that will now be permanently featured on Uno's menu with its Brewmaster's Grill NY Sirloin.

In late 2006, chefs from both Uno Chicago Grill and Boston Beer Co. began collaborating on a recipe for what is now known as Uno's Wowza Sauce. The sauce was introduced as part of a limited-time-only menu in 2007.

The dish was so popular, the company decided to make it a permanent menu item served on the Certified Angus Beef Brewmaster's Grill NY Sirloin.
