Culver's Debuts Healthy Food Choices Program

(Friday, January 23, 2009) - Culver's Restaurants is partnering with Gundersen Lutheran Health System in La Crosse, Wis., to create the 500 Club program to help customers make smarter, healthier food choices. The program promotes menu options that are 500 calories or less and controlled in fat under the philosophy that all foods are good in moderation.

The 500 Club style menu options include:

* ButterBurger and Specialty Sandwiches
* 500 Club Style Value Basket Meals
* Garden Fresh Salads and Dressings
* Assorted Soups and Sides

(Note: sandwiches and salads in the 500 Club are prepared without butter, cheese or mayonnaise.)
