Figaro's Pizza Launches Ny-style Pizza

(Tuesday, December 30, 2008) - Figaro's Pizza debuts its newest menu offering – NY Style Pizza – on Jan. 1.

According to Dave Schy, Figaro's director of new concepts and product development, company officials spent nearly a year trying to create the pizza. The larger-than-average slices are drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with oregano, Italian seasoning and Parmesan-Romano cheese.
