Servant Systems Implements Domino's Franchise Office System For Domino's Pizza 26-store Franchisee In The Dominican Republic

(Friday, December 19, 2008) - Don DeSmith, President of Servant Systems, announced that Domino's Pizza Dominican Republic (26 stores)commissioned the Ann Arbor software firm to install the Domino's FranchiseOffice System in the multi-unit operation. This is the first internationalDomino's multi-unit franchisee to acquire the system. In the US, some 20 largeDomino's franchisees consisting of more than 600 stores have begun using theDomino's Franchise Office System since it was first deployed in 2005.
The software application integrates the multiple-unit franchisee'sheadquarters financial, payroll and overtime, general ledger accounts andother store information with franchisor Domino's Pizza's system-wide PULSE(TM)in-store order entry system. Domino's Pizza operations are extremely dependenton timely and accurate reporting. The PULSE(TM) Franchise Office Systemsignificantly improves this reporting function and reduces administrativeoverhead.

The PULSE(TM) Franchise Office System aids the franchisee in salesanalysis as well as validation of accounting data before it is loaded into thefranchisee's accounting system. The system generates reports for accountingpersonnel to assist in account reconciliation and provides management withoperating profit/loss summaries to assist in managing many stores. In recentmonths Servant Systems has added new features, including marketing, operationsanalysis capability, and automated email report distribution. The systemsoftware is written using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and is thus highlycustomizable.
