Pizzeria Uno Launches Fast Casual Concept

(Tuesday, November 25, 2008) - Uno Chicago Grill is launching a new fast casual concept called Uno Due Go, with the first location slated to open at the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport on Dec. 2.

The company expects to roll out more than 200 units during the coming months at airports, college campuses, malls, hospitals and urban areas. Uno Due Go menus feature a variety of flatbreads, sandwiches, salads and appetizers, as well as the company's signature deep-dish pizza, desserts, beverage and breakfast offerings.
