Uno Chicago Grill Debuts Gluten-free Pizza

(Wednesday, November 19, 2008) - Uno Chicago Grill is testing a new gluten-free pizza in its Northeastern region, the company announced. The test coincides with Gluten-Free Diet Awareness Month in November.

The new pizza is being tested at locations in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
