Sandella's Signs Boston Expansion Deal

(Wednesday, October 29, 2008) - Sandella's Flatbread Café has closed an area development agreement with Five Mikes LLC, to bring 25 locations to the Boston metro area and parts of southern New Hampshire.

Five Mikes plans to open its first location in the Financial District of Boston by the spring of 2009. The company is recruiting potential franchisees to participate in the development.

Restaurants average 1,000-1,500 square feet and seat 30 to 40 guests.
