Uno Chicago Grill Intros Lto Fall Menu

(Tuesday, October 21, 2008) - Uno Chicago Grill has introduced a limited-time-only menu incorporating the flavors of fall, the company announced.

Fall menu items included Golden Pumpkin Soup, made with a blend of kabocha squash and pumpkin purees. Entrées include a Salmon, Shrimp & Haddock Combo served with brown rice and steamed vegetables; a Chicken Milanese Flatbread Pizza; a Chicken Parmesan Deep Dish Pizza and a Brewmaster's Grill NY Sirloin with Uno's Wowza Sauce infused with Samuel Adams Boston Lager.

For dessert, Uno is adding Pumpkin Flan and a Mini All-American Hot Apple Crumble and other great menu choices. Fall beverages include a Pumpkin Pie Slide, Smashing Good Martini and Scrumpkin Colada.
