Five Guys Franchise Coming To Detroit Ave.

CLEVELAND (Saturday, September 27, 2008) - A Five Guys Burgers and Fries franchise will be moving into the currently vacant building at 15008 Detroit Ave. and plans to spend $2.9 million to renovate the structure.

Cuyahoga County Commissioners have approved a $600,000 loan to the franchise to help with the redevelopment of the seven-storefront building which will house the burger joint and several other tenants.

Architectural renderings for the new building are underway and should be prepared in the next few months.
