Us Real Estate Firm Signs Vietnam Franchise Deal

Winn Enterprises, a master franchisee of the US-based Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, tied up with Vietnamese partners Friday.

(Saturday, September 27, 2008) - The Vietnamese partners, who will now be sub-franchisees, are real estate consulting and construction firms Phuc Thien Long, Dai Viet, Amazing and C.P.K and training and consulting firm Tam Viet.

Vietnam in this country, said the sub-franchisees would focus on real estate brokerage and transactions, enterprise management, investment analysis, construction management and relocation services.

In August 2007, Coldwell Banker signed a master franchise agreement with Winn Enterprises to open a Coldwell Banker branded office in Vietnam.

Coldwell Banker Corporation has interests in residential and commercial real estate, including resorts and luxury properties.
