Brokerage Reopens As Century 21 Franchise

An independent real-estate brokerage in Mesa has reopened under the Century 21 banner after signing a franchise agreement.

(Wednesday, September 17, 2008) - The former 1st USA Realty, 2500 S. Power Road, announced Tuesday that it had inked a franchise deal with New Jersey-based Century 21 Real Estate LLC and would now operate under the name Century 21 Premier.

Century 21 Premier owner Bryan White said in a statement that he chose to affiliate with the large brokerage to provide his agents with better training, technology and the marketing benefits of an internationally known company.

"1st USA Realty has built a solid and successful real estate firm with a reputation for high quality customer service, and now as Century 21 Premier will leverage its tradition with the most recognized name in residential real estate," White said.

Like all Century 21 affiliates, White said his brokerage would continue to operate independently under the franchise agreement.

The family-owned Century 21 Premier employs roughly 1,200 agents in the Valley and represents both residential and commercial real-estate clients.

Century 21 Real Estate LLC is a subsidiary of Realogy Corp., the nation's largest real-estate franchisor with more than 8,900 franchisees in 61 countries and territories.
