Man Accused Of Stealing Burger King Grease Caddy, Selling To Recycler

NAPLES (Wednesday, August 27, 2008) - A 46-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after Collier County Sheriff's deputies say he stole a piece of restaurant equipment from a Collier County Burger King and then sold it to a recycler for cash.

Juston Howard Seals, 3318 8th St. S.E., Golden Gate Estates, was charged with burglary and petty theft.

Arrest reports say Seals stole a large metal container used for removing grease from a fenced area behind the Burger King at 1011 Airport-Pulling Road, East Naples, on Aug. 22.

Seals then took the grease caddy to ABC Recyclers, 3697 Enterprise Ave., East Naples, where he sold it in exchange for $7.59, reports said.

Deputies were at the recycling business Wednesday conducting interviews in the case when Seals came in to make a transaction. Employees told deputies that Seals had sold them the stolen grease caddy, reports said.
