Tdl group to expand kingston distribution facility 

(Monday, May 14, 2007) - The  TDL  Group  (Tim  Horton's)  and  the  Kingston  Economic 
Development Corporation (KEDCO) are pleased to announce  the expansion of  the TDL 
Distribution Centre located in Kingston. 
This multi­million dollar  investment will double  the  size of  the warehouse  in Kingston 
(from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet) and will create new staff facilities.  This project will 
result in some new job opportunities upon completion. 
"We  are  very  pleased  with  our  operations  in  Kingston  and  look  forward  to  this 
expansion" said Dale Robertson, local division Manager of TDL Group.  "We have been 
working  with  KEDCO  for  some  time  now  on  this  opportunity  and  are  pleased  that 
approval was given by our Board of Directors to advance this project". 
The  Kingston  Distribution  Centre  is  one  of  five  facilities  of  its  kind  in  Canada  that 
services Tim Horton's stores.   The  local centre provides  service  to Eastern Ontario and 
Quebec. 
"This  significant  investment  is  evidence  of  Kingston's  strengths  in  the  logistics  and 
distribution  sector"  said  Charlie  Mignault,  Director  of  Business  Attraction  (BAR)  at 
KEDCO.  "This expansion will solidify Tim Horton's as one of our key business assets in 
Kingston for years to come".
