Boston Pizza Int'l Head To Step Down

(Sunday, August 24, 2008) - Mike Cordoba will step down as chief executive officer of Canadian pizza chain Boston Pizza International, effective Dec. 31, 2008, the company has announced. Cordoba also will resign as drector and CEO of Boston Pizza GP Inc., managing general partner of Boston Pizza Royalties Limited Partnership and administrator of the Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund.

No reason was given for the departure and the company has not named a successor. Cordoba joined BPI in 1993.
