Vendors set up displays and talk to investors and small business owners about their services; vendors are becoming as popular as the featured speakers

(Thursday, August 14, 2008) - Mark Maupin of the National Real Estate Network has invited three of the top producing real estate investors in the Metro Detroit area to answer questions and share the secrets to their success. "One secret to success is to network with others who are successful; observe them and do what they do," says Mark Maupin. "The investors I've invited are making money in the Detroit market area, even in today's slow market," said Mark.
Many topics will be covered including buy and rent, buy and sell, buy and sell to seniors, and buy and lease option. For those who like to buy fixer-uppers, Mark has invited Keith Paul of HandyPro Handyman Services, who will show a presentation on what to look for when hiring a contractor.
Larry Butterfield of Dryer Vent Wizard in South East Michigan will have a vendor table set up with information on clothes dryer fire safety. Larry will provide tips on maintaining dryer vents and what to look for to spot a venting problem before it causes a fire.
The meeting begins with registration at 6:00pm, followed by approximately an hour of networking with other investors, small business owners and vendors who service investors and business owners. Vendors include mortgage brokers, home improvement companies, credit repair specialist, bankers, financial planners, accountants, attorneys and more.
The panel of successful real estate investors will answer questions from about 7pm to 9pm. "Have your note pads ready; these guys have a lot of valuable information to share. Find success and model your program after it," says Mark Maupin.
