Cici's Offers Free Pepperoni Flips For Perfect Diving Scores

(Tuesday, August 19, 2008) - CiCi's Pizza will offer free Pepperoni Flips if an American diver earns an overall perfect 10 in the finals of the 10-meter platform competition.

CiCi's introduced the new Pepperoni Flips for $3.99 earlier this year. The product is similar to a calzone, filled with fresh pepperoni and a combination of spices, parmesan and Romano cheese.

Diver Laura Wilkinson scored perfect 10s at the team trials that secured her trip the Olympics, while six out of seven judges gave David Boudia a perfect 10 during his trials. The women's final 10-meter platform event airs Aug. 21, 2008, and the men's final event airs Aug. 23.

If a U.S. diver receives a perfect 10 as an overall score, Americans can visit their local CiCi's to get their free Flip on Aug. 25 between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. One free Pepperoni Flip per party will be honored.
