South Beach Tanning Co. Announces First Franchise

ORLANDO, FL (Friday, June 27, 2008) - South Beach Tanning Co. has announced that its first franchise location will be located in downtown Orlando, Fla., in the new Sodo center. The new center is a 22-acre, $100-million-dollar urban shopping center.

South Beach Tanning Company will join other outstanding brands such as the 50,000-square-foot Shaq's 24 Hour Fitness Club, Massage Envy, one of the largest SuperTargets in the nation and a host of trendy, high-energy restaurants and cafés.

"We are extremely excited to be able to announce our first franchise in what is considered Orlando's premier new shopping destination,"� says Brian Hibbard, president and founder of South Beach Tanning Co. The Sodo center is expected to be completed in August; the South Beach Tanning Co. location is set to open in late October.
