Sandwich Bar Franchise Continues Scottish Expansion

Hand cut sandwich and gourmet coffee chain O"™ Briens continues its Scottish expansion with the opening of its 43rd outlet in Scotland, situated in the Winter Garden at Silverburn, Scotland's largest shopping centre, Glasgow. The 84-seat mall café is the first of three to open before the end of May. The other two cafes will be based in Kilmarnock and Gretna.

The new outlet features an extended menu offering a selection of healthier and seasonal choices from shamrock shaped foccacios, wholemeal ShambosTM to tossed salads, smoothies and juices.
