Expedia® CruiseShipCenters® has partnered with Sabre Travel Network® to connect Cruise Consultants to online booking tools through their industry leading CruiseDesk® Enterprise CRM. Sabre Travel Network has worked with only a select number of other major travel agencies, proving this partnership further positions Expedia CruiseShipCenters as the industry leader in cruise vacation travel.
The advantages of a common platform for all online bookings include having a tool that looks the same and works the same for all cruise lines, whether booking with any cruise line. Additionally, Cruise Consultants only need one user name and password. The process of booking is simplified as Cruise Consultants now only need to understand and use one system rather than learning each cruise line's unique booking engine.
The new online booking tool enables Cruise Consultants to book directly with all of the major cruise lines through a single system, increasing efficiency and productivity. With a common look and feel of the user interface, real-time inventory and online booking are now integrated with the CruiseDesk platform, reinforcing the superior functionality of the CruiseDesk CRM.
