Cold Well Banker Real Estate Franchise Teams With Prudential

(Saturday, April 05, 2008) - Lancaster-based Cold well Banker Home Sale Services Group has changed its franchise affiliation.

The real estate group, which has offices in Camp Hill, Colonial Park, Hershey and Carlisle, will be associated with Prudential instead.

A HomeSale official said customers should benefit from Prudential's stronger Internet presence through its partnership with Yahoo.

Coldwell Banker said it is committed to having a presence in central Pennsylvania and would explore affiliations with another company or with a company-owned operation.
