Interiors Franchise Targets Middle Tennessee

(Tuesday, April 01, 2008) - Maryland-based design company INTERIORS by Decorating Den is targeting Nashville as a growth area.

The company is looking for franchisees and hopes to open 10 to 12 stores in the Nashville area in next two years.

Last year, Bohnne Jones opened an INTERIORS store in Bellevue and Deidre Carver opened a location in the Brentwood area.

The company specializes in working with residential and commercial customers moving into or redecorating a home, office or retail location.

INTERIORS has 503 franchise owners. Its projections call for 120 new franchises to be added in 2008.

The estimated initial investment ranges from $40,351 to $46,184 and includes an initial franchise fee of $29,900.

Service fees are seven to nine percent of gross sales and paid twice monthly.
