Myhome International Plc Board Changes

(Monday, February 25, 2008) - On 4 February 2008 Myhome International announced that it intended to separate the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Pither as the Company's Non Executive Chairman effective as of today. As a result of the appointment, Russell O'Connell will become Chief Executive of the Company as of today with responsibility for delivering the Board's strategy.

Jon Peter Pither (aged 73) is a well known non-executive Director with extensive experience of AIM companies. Since 1991 he has worked extensively with growing companies in a non-executive capacity and is Chairman of Active Capital Trust
plc and Deputy Chairman of the Alumasc Group plc and Jourdan plc. Prior to 1991,
Jon worked as managing director of Amari plc, an international group of engineering companies from 1969 until 1988 when it was acquired by Glynwed International plc. Jon Pither has previously been a member of the AIM advisory committee.

The Company also announces the resignation of Jonathan Jenkins and Simon McNeill-Ritchie as Directors of the Company. The Board would like to thank both
Jonathan and Simon for their work over the last few years particularly in moving the Company from PLUS Markets to AIM and in developing a successful acquisition strategy.

Russell O'Connell, Chief Executive of Myhome commented: "The Board is delighted
