(Tuesday, January 15, 2008) - Watch IT! Incorporated announced today that it has opened its first store in Mumbai, India. Watch IT! entered into an agreement with the new retail subsidiary, Solo Commodities Pvt. Ltd. of the prestigious Lokhandwala Infrastructure Group one of Mumbai's premier real estate developers. The agreement calls for the opening of 10 Watch IT! retail stores across the country of India with the first location now open in the new first-class shopping center in Mumbai by the name of Mega Mall in Andheri.

"Opening in India along with Lokhandwala Infratructure is very exciting for the entire company. This is the first step in our planned international expansion" says Darren Bondar, President and founder of Watch IT!.
