Era Real Estate Welcomes 52 New Franchise Affiliates To Its Global Network In 2007

ERA Real Estate Grows Franchise by Nearly 100 Offices Last Year

(Thursday, February 21, 2008) - ERA Franchise Systems LLC reported today the 2007 growth of its national and international network. Steady growth throughout the year proves that savvy entrepreneurs across the United States continued to choose ERA Real Estate as their flagship real estate brand of choice.

In the fourth quarter of 2007, a total of 11 new franchises joined the ERA network and another 13 companies expanded their respective operations through mergers or acquisitions. Fourth quarter activity raised the number of new affiliates that joined ERA Real Estate for the full year to 52 firms.

The ERA network added two new offices in California, with one in Taranza and another in Corona. Additionally in California, the ERA Dream Team expanded in San Clemente with the addition of a new office. The ERA network also increased its market share in Georgia with two new firms joining its ranks in Newnan and East Point. ERA Buckhead Realty expanded its operations in the Peach State as well with a new office in Conyers in the fourth quarter.

ERA Real Estate expanded its presence in major international markets in the past 12 months. In 2007, ERA Real Estate's global operations grew with new office openings under master franchise agreements in six countries/territories including: the Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Italy, Mexico, Morocco and Turkey.
