Fargo Company Announces Franchise Agreement With Pub Chain.

FARGO, ND (Thursday, January 24, 2008) - The Marcil Group has announced a franchise development agreement with Firkin Group of Pubs, including plans to bring 60 restaurants to nine states in the Midwest.

The Marcil Group, a private real estate operating company, says it expects to open the first Firkin pubs in North Dakota by this summer, in the Fargo and Grand Forks areas. The Canadian restaurants are modeled after traditional English neighborhood pubs.

Chief Executive Officer Mike Marcil said his company will be developing Firkin Pubs in Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
