VOLOS, GREECE (Tuesday, January 15, 2008) - 123 Refills opened its 22nd location in Greece, just 2 months since the last store opening. The new location is in the city of Volos. This store opening is in line with the company's plans to expand selectively with quality franchisees and in selective locations.
