Franchise Referral Incentive Plan Offered To Brokers By V2k International, Inc.

(Tuesday, January 15, 2008) - V2K International, Inc. , a software development and licensing company, is pleased to announce today that it is launching a "Broker Referral Incentive Plan" for brokers who refer potential franchise candidates to the franchise system of its wholly-owned subsidiary V2K Window Fashions, Inc.

"Securities brokers who refer us a candidate who ends up buying a V2K Window Decor and More franchise will receive a finders fee of $10,000," said Vic Yosha, V2K's President & CEO. "This is a unique opportunity for us to leverage the exposure of being a public company into our franchise business model."

In order to qualify for the referral fee, the person making the referral, must register with V2K as a Franchise Seller under the Federal Trade Commission franchise regulations and in some regulated states must file an application to comply with the particular state's franchise regulations. The referral fee is only payable at the time of the collection of the franchise fee by V2K. The person making the referral must confirm in writing to V2K on the registration form that he or she did not provide any franchise information to the franchise prospect other than advising that all information would be provided in a Franchise Disclosure Document which would be forwarded by V2K.
