Franchise Brings Green Trend To Home Cleaning

(Monday, December 10, 2007) - Maid Brigade Inc. is taking green cleaning to a whole new level.

The Atlanta-based company has launched a comprehensive new system to provide green cleaning solutions at a time when customers are increasingly concerned about toxins in traditional cleaning products and many people are more interested in living a greener lifestyle. The green approach also gives Maid Brigade a jump on its competition.

Maid Brigade rolled out the program this fall, after a year and a half of preparation that began with researching different solutions and developing training for franchisees and maids.

"It boiled down to the fact that we weren't going to simply add a few environmentally friendly products to our arsenal of cleaning supplies, but rather it was going to be a whole process and everything was going to be done according to standards," said Howard Purdy, vice president of operations for Maid Brigade.
