Re/max Arabia To Participate At Oite's Franchise Expo

RE/MAX ARABIA, a master franchise of the RE/MAX franchise network in the Middle East has announced its participation in Oman's first 'Franchise Expo' as Silver Sponsor.

(Sunday, December 09, 2007) - Organised by Oman International Trade & Exhibitions the event is scheduled to take place from February 13 to 16, 2008 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre. RE/MAX ARABIA is scouting the sultanate on the look out for qualified prospects in Oman to start a RE/MAX Franchise.

'With the help of RE/MAX International and the other RE/MAX regions, RE/MAX Arabia is always looking for ways to enhance the system in the Middle East. With the boom in the real estate market in Oman, the timing to foray into this region is just right. Our primary objective is to introduce the quality and professionalism that RE/MAX has to offer to this fast developing region', said Mr. Sari Linjawi, Assistant Franchise Development Manager of RE/MAX ARABIA.

He added, 'Our target audience are businessmen and women who are looking to convert their current real estate offices into RE/MAX or those who are eager to establish a real estate office. We are not only looking for seasoned real estate brokers but new comers as well.'

The group's core business is residential and commercial real estate brokerage, Property Management and Appraisal Services. One of the new projects that RE/MAX Arabia is working on is creating a unified online database for brokers and agents to share listings.
