Dunkin' Donuts a US based coffee shop chain has become a client of Fish Consulting to strengthen its franchising division. Fish Consulting, a US national communications consulting firm, will create and implement an integrated public relations and marketing program to drive Dunkin' Donuts franchisee recruitment in its developing markets.
