Feltrim Opens New Coldwell Banker Franchise

HAINES CITY (Wednesday, December 05, 2007) - Feltrim Residential and Vacation Properties' new Haines City brokerage firm is off to a strong start.

The Coldwell Banker Feltrim franchise's 17 agents were involved with transactions for 68 homes for a total volume of $14 million in its first three months.

Along with negotiating residential and vacation property sales and purchases in the Orlando and Tampa areas, the firm also offers services including mortgage counseling, home inspections, market counseling and title searches.

Feltrim Residential and Vacation Properties, the residential arm of Davenport-based Feltrim Development NA Inc., also leases homes through property management company Florida Villas Direct.
