Multi-unit Development Agreement Signed With Rak Food Inc.

(Thursday, September 27, 2007) - Khan Hotels Inc.'s food operations arm has executed a multi-unit Development Agreement for California and Oklahoma. RAK Food Inc. is the food and beverage operating entity of Khan Hotel Group which owns and operates Days Inn, Country Inn and Suites, Best Western, Holiday Inn Express and a Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites. Khan Hotels feels Country Kitchen would be an ideal suite for not only their guests but the local communities in which these hotels are located. The managing members are Asrar, Tarek and Ripon Khan. Their first location is underway at the Days Inn in Torrance California and is set to open on December 5, 2007.
