Shakey's Ceo Steps Down

(Thursday, November 15, 2007) - Shakey's USA CEO Tim Pulido is resigning to take the post of president at casual-dining chain Mimi's Café. Pulido took the helm of Shakey's in March 2006.

Mimi's is a subsidiary of restaurant operator Bob Evans Farms Inc.

Pulido will assume the Mimi's post Dec. 3, 2007.
