Frank Carney, Pizza Hut Founder Inks 10-unit Agreement With Genghis Grill

(Tuesday, October 30, 2007) - Genghis Grill, a Dallas-based Mongolian stir-fry restaurant concept, has signed a 10-unit franchise agreement with Mongolian Dining Venture LLC, led by Pizza Hut founder Frank Carney. The units will be located in and around Houston.

The first location is expected to open in late 2007. Keith Sullins will serve as president of Mongolian Dining Venture LLC and will oversee all 10 of the Genghis Grill locations and staff.

Genghis Grill has gone from 12 locations at year-end 2006 to 17 locations, with an additional five lslated to open by the end of 2007. There are another 20 locations planned for 2008 and 2009.
