Fuddruckers Franchise Slated To Open Today

LOUISIANA DOWNS (Sunday, October 21, 2007) - Harrah's Louisiana Downs Casino & Racetrack will open a joint venture with burger franchise, Fuddruckers today. The eatery is in the Pavilion at Louisiana Downs. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. until midnight Sunday through Thursday, and 10 to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

In addition to the "World's Greatest Burger," the menu features chicken sandwiches, salads, soups, side dishes like macaroni and cheese, baked beans, fries, shakes and homemade desserts.

"Harrah's Louisiana Downs remains committed to enhancing guests' gaming, entertainment and dining experience. This partnership is yet another long-term, growth-oriented development project at Harrah's Louisiana Downs," said Brooks Robinson, vice president of operations at Harrah's Louisiana Downs.
