State Of West Virginia Changes Ownership Within Gecko Family

(Monday, August 27, 2007) - Effective August 27, 2007, Gecko Hospitality is pleased to announce that the state West Virginia has been purchased by Bill Schweinitz and Schweinitz Enterprises Inc.

"Schweinitz has been an exceptional franchise partner with Gecko Hospitality and we are pleased with his decision to purchase West Virginia", said Robert Krzak, president of Gecko Hospitality. West Virginia was previously owned by John Simpson of Hospitality Recruitment and Consulting Inc. Simpson is a successful franchise partner who also owns the state of New Mexico and has decided to focus his efforts on the west coast.
