Kelco Acquires Branded Hotel with $9 Million

ATLANTA (Thursday, October 11, 2007) - In an effort to continue growing their portfolio, Kelco Management and Development, Inc. acquired a Holiday Inn Express in Atlanta with a $9 million loan from GE Capital Solutions, Franchise Finance.

Kelley D. Slay, president of Kelco, set aside a portion of the loan, which is at a fixed rate for 25 years, to renovate the guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
