Brooke Franchise Ceo To Present At Company's National Convention

(Monday, October 01, 2007) - Kyle Garst, chief
executive officer of Brooke Franchise Corporation, a subsidiary of Brooke
Corporation (NASDAQ: BXXX), will present a keynote session at Brooke's 2007
National Franchise Convention, scheduled Oct. 21-23 at the South Point Hotel
in Las Vegas. The session will be held on Monday, Oct. 22, at 12:15 p.m. in
the Grand Ballroom of the South Point.

Garst's presentation will highlight Brooke's business philosophy in the "Era
of 1,000 Locations" as the company nears this important benchmark. The
presentation will include specific illustrations of franchising benefits and
the economies of scale generated from the growth of the Brooke franchise
network. Garst will also provide information regarding Brooke's 2008
advertising and marketing assistance programs for franchisees. Garst will
announce a reduction in the basic rate of monthly franchise fees paid by
franchisees as the result of these economies of scale.

benchmark which we expect to achieve in the coming months," Garst said. "We
are excited that the growth of our franchise network has provided certain
economies of scale, which allows us to reduce the rate of monthly franchise
