New Gym Offers Men Quick Workout

(Friday, May 04, 2007) - FastFit for Men, a 30-minute circuit gym for men has opened a Newmarket location -- its third in the province.

The facility on Leslie Street, just north of Davis Drive, consists of eight strength-training stations, six cardio stations and a stretching device for added flexibility.

Exercisers move from station to station every 40 seconds, going around the circuit three times, alternating between cardio and strength-training.

A one-time service fee of $199 and a monthly fee of $39.95 includes use of all of the chain's locations.
